An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking, happy practice team.
The Mote Medical Practice is a long-established surgery in South Maidstone with five partners and one salaried GP. They have excellent nursing, reception and management teams who provide care to a list size of around 10,000 patients and are looking to expand their clinical team further.
They are a high QOF achieving, low visiting practice with a CQC rating of “good” in all areas and are currently running on EMIS Web following migration last year.
Due to expansion plans they are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the friendly team as soon as possible. They are looking to offer 6 sessions however the practice is committed to providing a good work-life balance and as a result sessions are negotiable. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

What they will need from you:
Outstanding patient care
Willingness to undertake on-call duties as per rota
Provision of Face-to-face consultations following an initial triage assessment, if felt clinically appropriate and extended hours consultations as per PCN requirements
Enthusiasm to provide ideas and suggestions on how to take the practice forward
