The VEL Surgery (formerly known as Dr Simon Witts Surgery) has a vacancy for an experienced Practice Nurse to join its friendly and supportive practice team.
The successful candidate will provide practice nursing services, working collaboratively with the practice multidisciplinary team to provide health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the management team in developing practice services.

We are a friendly dynamic team with a passion for giving quality healthcare to our patients. Our team consists of male and female GPs, an advanced nurse practitioner, practice nurse, healthcare assistants and experienced and helpful admin staff. We operate from a purpose built surgery in Sheerness and a branch surgery in Queenborough.
