And the key benefits of coming to Southborough?

Recently featured in The Sunday Times’ ‘The UKs Top 23 towns to live in” at Number 3…….. “In the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, Southborough is a little-known town that has been attracting attention during the pandemic. According to Savills estate agency, properties — roomy, family semis — now command a 30 per cent premium above the county average, and prices have risen 17 per cent since 2019. There is a new civic centre

with theatre, library and doctors’ surgery to bolster the array of shops, including an independent butcher and baker. The smartest area to live is close to the common (where the sound of leather on willow has resounded for 200 years). Families are drawn to the schools: Southborough Chuch of England Primary School is rated good by Ofsted, with nearby Tunbridge Wells Girls’ Grammar School rated outstanding and the boys’ grammar school good. It is a short drive up the A26 to Tonbridge railway station with fast services into London (30 to 40 minutes to London Bridge)”.

We would love to meet you and show you around our surgery that we are really proud of! For an informal chat or to arrange a visit to the practice, please contact Sue Saunders, Practice Manager on 01892 362170 or email pm.standrews@nhs.net
