Health Education England have produced a number of roadmaps to practice to create a standard of practice and proof of capability for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) working in primary care, including the First Contact Practitioners and Advanced Practitioners in Primary Care: (Paramedics) (hee.nhs.uk).
The roadmap applies to directly and indirectly employed Paramedics using the additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS) and also to other directly and indirectly employed Paramedic FCPs and ACPs.
