[The experience] ​helped me to understand that the medical career isn’t all ‘saving lives and A&E’, but about the smaller things, hard work, study and dedication

The study day alongside the Respiratory course has been a fantastic, well rounded learning opportunity

The training was amazing! It was so beneficial and was great fun, we got involved with games and it was just really engaging.

After attending the programme, I feel confident in the ability to network with people on a personal level in the workplace

The course content relevant, stimulating and superbly taught; the sessions provided me with a much-needed peer support network at a crucial period of transition in my career.

The process was not as traumatic as I had envisaged, it was a relaxed setting which was enhanced with the nice group of people that I was in discussion with. It is a really nice way to bring groups together and be able to have those remote discussions but feel part of the discussion if that makes sense.

The session really made me start to think differently. I also liked the powerful questions section

I really see myself lucky to have been given the opportunity to attend 2 of these sessions, that also turned out so different. Both of them were really good, but showing such difference in perspective

I gained a better understanding of how to begin conversations and what questions to use. I would recommend the course

Hilary is fantastic at explaining things that are difficult to understand, usually in a clever way

The training sessions have been very beneficial to my practice in so many ways and I am going to miss attending them.
