The programme has been designed to offer flexibility as a suite of online short courses. On every step of the course you can meet other learners, share your ideas and join in with active discussions in the comments.
The programme is delivered fully online giving you total control of where, when and how you learn and the opportunity to complete it in your own time, at your own pace.
At the end of each level, you will write a short reflective assignment to complete the level and gain an NHS Leadership Academy Award.
