Support & resilience
Medical careers are rewarding, but training and practice can involve long hours under stressful conditions and often in silos, though the latter is improving with the emergence of multi-disciplinary team ethos. East Kent Training Hub also recognises the challenges that non-clinical staff and anyone involved in the patient journey can face.
We provide inter-professional support, regardless of the role or its setting, to build and improve resilience.

We work in partnership with CCGs, STP, Royal Colleges, NHS and HEE to develop, facilitate and implement national resilience and professional support priorities.
