On Wednesday 24 November, we attended the Kent & Medway ICS Transformation Programme event, held at Canterbury Christ Church University Medway Campus.
Members of the Primary Care workforce from across Kent & Medway were invited to attend.
Attendees learnt about Collaborative Learning, population health, system literacy and leadership and network theory. As well as meeting with other members from general practice.
