Share ‘system wide’ examples of best practice incorporating community approaches that promote roles and support services. This can be adaptable and flexible into different models of community service delivery
Introduce focused ‘Communities of Practice’ to share understanding, spread good practice and inform decision of the development of a Community of Practice to support you as leaders/managers
